Since its founding, Anhui Lupital Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Lupital") has focused on the research and development and application of core technologies for intelligent automotive tire monitoring and management systems. Located in the Maker Space of TusCity in Hefei, the company leverages its strong R&D capabilities and innovation-driven philosophy to provide safer and more efficient tire management solutions for the automotive industry.
Leveraging advanced MEMS sensor technology and AI algorithms, Lupital has transcended the limitations of traditional tire management, which relies on manual experience, and achieved a transition from "passive management" to "active perception." Our intelligent tire system monitors tire operating conditions in real time and accurately calculates the remaining safe life, helping users promptly identify potential risks and ensure driving safety. Furthermore, through big data analysis, the system provides valuable insights for tire R&D and design, contributing to industry technological advancements.
Lupital's intelligent tire solution not only serves individual users and fleet managers but also further improves road safety and transportation efficiency through data exchange with connected vehicle systems and urban traffic management systems. The system monitors and manages the entire tire lifecycle, significantly reducing labor maintenance costs, shortening replacement and repair wait times, and minimizing downtime losses caused by tire failures.
As the first company in China to independently develop and mass-produce intelligent tire sensors, Lupital has partnered with industry-leading clients such as Michelin, Giti, Fengshen, State Power Investment Corporation, FAW, and Zhongce Rubber. Our core technology, based on low-power MEMS sensors and AI algorithms, enables real-time sensing of key tire indicators such as temperature, pressure, vibration, and air leakage. This data is uploaded to the cloud, where it generates professional reports through big data analysis, helping users reduce costs and improve operational efficiency.
Since settling in Hefei TusCity, Lupital has benefited from the TusCity's support in terms of technical expertise, application scenario integration, and more. The company has won third prize in the 6th "Maker China" Anhui Province Small and Medium Enterprise Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition, was the only project in the automotive intelligent tire field to be shortlisted for the top 500 nationally in the 6th "Science and Technology Innovation China" Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition, and was selected for the TusStar One Program.
